Being indulge in designing field its very important that u have a team of good contractors which makes ur imagination and creat it in real.if u are having very good design and all ur designs is being proved by ur client but it is not good until and unless it is being made by the best contractor and its team....according to me you must have different contractor for different work to be done in your project lets say for electrical layout work u must have different contractor than the work situated with paint ....you must choose ur contractor wisely by giving them a small patch of workspace and giving them time to show there work....examine there way of talk and there knowledge about the particlar work in which they are specilised...giving them quotionary and giving them time to work on it all and all i want to say ypu must check and examine multiple contractors and after fully satification of yours you give them there work and finalise the rates in which they work for you....'
* SOME KEY ASPECTS KEEPING IN MIND WHILE CHOOSING UR CONTRACTOR ARE:-
1)Talk to multiple contractors(as i mentioned above)
2)Asking proper quotes and questionary.....
lastly i just want to say choose the right contractor and his team for work because at the end he is the one who showcase your work and your imagination in reality and he is the only one connection between you and your client ....
